Role Overview

Drove platform certification readiness by verifying PS5 TRC and Xbox compliance requirements in close collaboration with developers, ensuring the title met first-party submission standards.
Designed, proposed, and led testing for a dedicated player mode that expanded gameplay variety, directly informing the product team's player retention strategy.
Spearheaded UX surveys to collect and report quality impact data in Google Forms and Excel, creating a feedback loop between player experience findings and development priorities.
Designed and executed structured test cases across multiple platforms and devices, identifying and documenting bugs using ClickUp.
