After 11 years College Football has returned! It was a joy to be part of this team and to bring back one of the most anticipated sports titles from EA's catalogue. Still can't believe I was able to help successfully bring back a title that I played when I was a little kid.

Role Overview

Logged and triaged 200+ defects in JIRA and Zephyr over a 6-month contract, driving measurable improvements to software quality and contributing to on-time release milestones.
Validated content across multiple server environments and online modes (e.g., Ultimate Team) using EA internal tooling and SQL Workbench to confirm functionality and data integrity.
Partnered with product owners, engineers, designers, and QA leadership to define test coverage strategies using Confluence and Miro.
Executed manual and technical test passes on PS5 and XSX/S development kits, covering functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Coordinated test execution across geographically distributed teams via Slack, tracking quality impact metrics in Power BI and Excel to support cross-functional alignment throughout the release cycle.
